  • I am your existing customer. Can I subscribe to the above promotion plan at the same time as my existing plan?

    You can carry out existing plans and above subscription promotion plans at the same time. However, please note that we will be creating a new ad account for this program and conversion tracking on the website will not be synced.

  • What happens if I submit the wrong profile/spec?

    Before uploading/sending files, please ensure that your creatives are correct and comply with Google / Yahoo / Facebook advertising requirements. We will not accept any changes to images, copy, targeting, and landing URLs after your ad has been published.

  • How do I change creatives/copy?

    Your creative/copy can be changed during the next subscription month. Please send the materials/copywriting, order number and subscription number on the invoice to onlinemediaplan@madcradle.com.
